Hello ETN Backend staff,
I wanted to get help regarding my account been locked up and it force me to complete Level3 KYC, i have send atleast 3 times document to ETN but i keep getting rejected after a long wait. I coming from Malaysia and i get those coin by Mining using GPU, and now my ETN is locked in this wallet for more then a year please help me to fix this or please let me transfer to Cryptopia Exchange. It is not fair to lock my ETN inside the account and i am so regret that i store my token inside Electroneum official wallet. So Please help me settle my issue !!
