Yoti Scanning QR code

Good Day! Upon scanning QR Code to electroneum website for tier 2 kyc and i have 24/7 wifi connection but it appears “no internet connection please try again”. this is the 2nd time i create an account in Yoti but the same problem encountered. please help me on this matter…thanks in advance

I disabled Mobile Data and succeeded this way. Try use only Wifi or Mobile Data, not both at same time

@ETNCEO how am going to pass on kyc tier 2 and 3 if encountering problem to this qr code from yoti…thanks

I have problems with the application yoti I am from Russia and my passport yoti does not accept?
