Dear ETN team,
People are unable to add an address onto Yoti in Iran and cannot proceed the KYC level 2 and 3.
How do you address this problem?
We are hoping you solve this problem as soon as possible, there are only 9 days till 12 Nov!

same here.
I am Iranian too and have the same problem with yoti.
It sounds like they’re(yoti team) not gonna do anything regarding this vital issue we’re facing at the time being.

Maybe the team initiate the making decision and meet this problem!! Like other countries, Bosnia, India and so on!
