Since Electroneum is not security and holders of ETN are not investors but users. Is it legal for team to do some buybacks of ETN? Refill the stash for cloud mining airdrops at super low price of 0.0025 USD. Also shorten the overall supply in circulation and help the price recovery. Would be wise for sure but is it legal?
It has been explained in a few videos that Electroneum Lld can’t buy ETN the coin.
