Hello have you tried switching your phone off and on as this sometimes works.

I tried to login in laptop but it shows same error.
As well I tried to login with Apple ID and Facebook it doesn’t work.

if your account has some problems (e.g. you can not access it) then it’s the only way to access support if you create a support account

That’s right !
But I have used my ETN email to contact them. (I didn’t know anything about this).
Facts-
-They haven’t replied my yet.
-All my ETN stuck in wallet.
Now it’s really frustrating. I don’t know why they don’t give reply.

Take example of AnyTask, AnyTask support team is really active. If you contact them you will get reply within some hours.

I think Electroneum should hire some workers for this. (What do you think…?) Why they don’t give reply…?
