No. That would be against the terms of service and would get you banned.

Since the mobile miner is not really mining the blockchain, its a bit different.
Where the actual miners (asics) are breaking blocks to get ETN, the mobile miners payments are coming from the premine that is slowly being trickeled out to the users.

Yep, ETN is ASIC friendly.
