If you have forgotten your password follow these steps:

Step 1: Select Forgot/Reset Password link under the Password text box.

Step 2: Type in the email address you used to register the account and click the white box to the left of the “I am not a robot” message. Finally, click the green Reset Password button below.

Step 3: Follow the instructions found in the email you will receive from Electroneum in order to reset your password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
