How do I change my password?

To change your password please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Visit my.electroneum.com and type in your email address and current password for your account. Select the “ I’m not a robot " CAPTCHA box to the left and select the green LOGIN button.

  • Step 2: Authenticate your account with your pin. Select the “I’m not a robot’ CAPTCHA box to the left and select the green continue button.

  • Step 3: Select change password on the left side of the page.

  • Step 4: Type in your current password in the current password box and the new password in the new password box. Type in the new password in the repeat new password box. Select the “I’m not a robot’ CAPTCHA box to the left and select the green change password button to confirm.
