Does anybody have any information on the issues with Electroneum on the HitBTC exchange? You can buy ETN, but you can’t withdraw. And once you have moved ETN from your trading account so you can withdraw, you cannot move it back.
I just want to get my ETN off of any and all exchanges and into my ETN wallet.
Please help!
This has nothing to do with ETN. That issue is with the exchange itself. You will need to wait for them to open the wallet back up. You can send them a support ticket to see if they will answer, but HitBTC does not have the best reputation…hopefully they open it soon.
