I have been wondering for a while, why ETN has not mentioned who the 3rd party partner is in Brazil that makes air and data top ups. I am not 100% sure about it but my speculation is that the company is Xoom a paypal company, If it’s true that would be awesome! What do you think? Xoom are working with 4 carriers in Brazil, Claro, Oi, TIM and vivo
