I don’t have 1m ETN and probably won’t have in the future either…
Just saying, there are many with hundreds of thousands, even millions. I am not counting M-Kid, as he is a special case. 
I second this! TradeOgre is a tiny exchange with tiny trade volumes but it works like a well oiled machine!
If im buying small amounts of ETN this is the exchange i use. (Under10k) if its a higher amount of ETN i use KuCoin.
Withdrawal fees are miniscule, and my ETN is in my wallet in no time.

Probably that’s why it works so good, because of the volume, but I don’t mind really.
