Please look at the history of China trade cheating/stealing. Search any category you like - counterfeiting, pirating, technology theft, online gold farming, dumping, they even steal white papers from here, translate them to Chinese and put their own name on them.
It’s a criminal country that doesn’t follow any normal rules regarding trade.
