I have recently taken time to renew my abilities to create, learn and think outside the box; And personal wellbeing at home and the workplace has become a great interest of mine. There is a strong connection between emotional mental and physical wellbeing. Most people are only focused on one of these areas, often neglecting the others. I’d like to share my own discoveries with those who are interested.
