Please, I got a little issue, I wanted doing my KYC but couldn’t proceed because yoti said sorry, my device is not supported, Yoti doesn’t support a rooted phone, please how do I go about it? Thanks.

Unfortunately in this case you will have to reverse root process. If your phone has not been rooted then your only option is to contact Yoti (https://yoti.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and let them know there is an issue installing Yoti on your legitimate phone.
