When I try to scan the QR code I get No internet connection error in Yoti. I tried to do it with mobile data only, also on wifi, but the same error appears all the time. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. It did not help. Any suggestions?
Ask support as you have tried all the options available to us.
Use the menu and look for its and let them no what’s going on.
Give them time to reply as they are very busy at the minute…
YOTI is more active at Twitter (so you can try to contact them there) or try to contact YOTI throw support ticket - this is problem with their app…
Updating my Android version from 4.4 to 5.1 solved my issue.
