Yoti Level 2- site cannot be reached

Trying to get approval for level 2. I submit my identity details. upload a bank statement, click confirm all details are true and correct then click complete account set up. After 1 minute it comes up - this site cannot be reached.
Any suggestions

Not yet. Have resubmitted details numerous times but getting the same response My internet connection is strong but keeps coming up - this site cannot be reached.
It says -

This site can’t be reached

The web page at https://my.electroneum.com/user/update-details might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.


Are you using ZenMate VPN with Chrome?

No. Just Chrome. Perhaps I try another browser. I use Bing most of the time

I meant Edge browser Bing is the search engine

Usually clearing the cache solves issues like these. If you haven’t done that in a long time, this can happen.

clean up your history

Good tip. I noticed my bank statement has my initials P.R on it. My drivers licence has Phillip Robert on it. My utility account has Mr P … on it. None of them match up. Could be the problem
