You could have failed the selfie process for a number of reasons:
- If you where asked to perform a gesture/do a drawing but didn’t do the gesture/do a drawing
- If you were asked to draw a symbol and take a selfie with it but only took a picture of the drawn symbol
- Only took selfies without following any of the instructions
- Detected as using multiple accounts
- Selfies were of different people
- Face obscured
How to make sure you don’t fail:
- Take the selfie in good lighting
- Use similar angles
- Use a dark coloured pen and white paper when drawing the symbol
- If you wear glasses, please wear them in both photos
- YOU MUST be clothed when you take the picture or you will fail
- You must be over 18 to use over to use our services.
