Website support for electronum?

hi there . i,m a bit confused now
i was one of lucky people who joined the ICO and when i had an error transfereing balance to cryptobia i contacted support at
https://electroneum.zendesk.com/

now after 10 moth i have a TX problem and i see the support site is changed to
https://support.electroneum.com/

i need to confirm with u guys which is the correct support website i should contact for my problems ?

Hi @Botros this is the correct support website , they closed the zendesk down.

thanks for clearing things out , i expected so … cause i send 2 tickets to the old site and got a confirmation on my email but i couldn’t see them on zendesk .

then i registed a new account on the new site and asked u 1st before i send so many tickets ,

guess i have to ignore zendesk and send again on the new support site .
