Some of the important information like the downloads and community forum menus are at the bottom of the website and very few scroll all the way down looking for those menus. It might be a bit better to add some of them to the top for easy access.
Or a slide out menu from the top of the page , auto hide ?

I would think having it be a shelf docked to the bottom of the window, which can be hidden, might be a better alternative. Combine this with a pulldown menu at the top for each category, to minimize bloat, may be even better.
