Wallet not refreshing or working

My wallet has not refreshed for 3 days. Its stuck on added to queue since monday, even the payments I receive says does not get added to my balance despite saying received. I’ve tried everything like clearling cache, logging out, logging support tickets but nothing worked. Is anyone experiencing this too?

Mine took a few days to sort itself out last weekend , the support staff are asking for support tickets to be put in if it doesn’t reset. I see you have tried things , have you tried shutting app down and restarting the phone then restarting etn. I know that’s a long shot but you never know …
