I noticed my app is now blocked on the phone and also on my desktop but as soon as i disconnected the VPN i could log in again . Can someone give some more information about this as the VPN is there for security reasons so the app not working is counter productive. thanks
Unfortunately VPN’s are also a staple of more nefarious actions against a network, it’s reasonably common to detect and block. You may want to speak to support and ask what options you have, but VPNs have been blocked pretty much since day one.
