Unable to log into help desk

Electroneum recently changed to zendesk.
Therefore u need to create a new account for it. That’s about two weeks ago.

Support system change

Hi everyone, We are changing support desks to Zendesk (a different kind of support software) to make support more customer focused and friendly, including live chat. It will still be support.electroneum.com but it will be a different format and you will need to make an account with our new system. It shouldn’t affect your ability to make support tickets.
