Un able to verify my Wifes account

My wife created an account some time back and we are unable to verify it I went here:
https://electroneum.com/support/
and entered a service ticket to get help resolving the issue.
I entered on a Friday at 06:00 PM PST.

I think I would like to opt for a live test to get the wife’s account up and running.
I got mine up no problems and we have attempted to get hers up with no success
