Transferred ETN errors and 10 days have not restored the number of ETNs in Wallet ETNs


I transferred the ETN from my Wallet to the Crypto platform but it has been reported for more than 10 days but today I have not yet returned to Wallet so I can move to the trading platform. ETN is having problems ???
