Transaction not going through

I hope someone can help.
I sent two separate transactions within 10mins to the same address on an exchange today. One was confirmed within an hour, the second one is still “retrying” ot says. I seem to be unable to cancel it or retry manually. Any suggestions?

If something went wrong with a transaction it can take up to 72 hours for your coins to return to you. If after that they do not then you would want to open a ticket at support.electroneum.com
In times of many transactions sometimes it takes a while for a transaction to be processed. It may still get to where you sent it.
