Leave 10ETN as a fee, and it has failed many times. How to solve it?

Hi Please can you help me with this issue, i have retrying status for ono transaction. I know the transaction fees wasn’t enough on my wallet. Bun i need to know if the coins it will be back to my wallet? And when?as I’m waiting for 4 days and stil on retrying status

Hey @user161, Yes the coins will return to your wallet, but 4 days seems a tad long to return so possibly a stuck block.

You should create a ticket via the support portal at

https://support.electroneum.com/hc/en-gb

Let them know what is happening, and the support team will look into it for you.
