I’ve had this problem too. problem solved. Write the document serial number in the document issue field.
Erdem Bey merhaba. İsminizi yeni farkettim, o nedenle Türkçe yazayım. Doküman sayısı yazan yere 2 yazmışsınız, o yanlıştır. Belgenizin seri numarasını oraya yazarsanız sorun çözülür.

Rica ederim önemli değil. Ben de çok uzun süre bekledim. Türkiye kullanıcılarına özel bir sorun sanırım. Ben de başka bir Türk’ten çözümü öğrendim. Bizden başka bu sorunu yaşayan yok. Doküman sayısı diye çeviriyor, haliyle yüklediğimiz belge adetini yazıyoruz
aynen öyle herşeyi denedim olmadı, doument Id falan dese uyanacaktım da number diyince ben girdiğim doküman sayısını girdim hep. Ama verdiği hata yüzünden de uyanmak çok zor. Bu doküman kullanılmış yerine doc num yanlış dese konuyu anlayacağım. Neyse tekrar teşekkürler

Not to complaint (that much), but the same happened to me, 1 month without access to my Wallet and still NOT able to access it!
So I used my Government Issued ID and it got rejected after 10 working days. So I sent my passport with my selfie and after 2 working days, is was accepted, and then suddenly NOT able to access my wallet because I am asked if I am employed and send a proof of employment or bank statement. This is awful! 10 working days and then a “secret” second step? There are automated systems that verify IDs in seconds. Also, all should be requested at the same time.
I really hope someone is looking into this… it can be a huge detractor for new ETN users.
