The key objective: expansion of the Electroneum real-world ecosystem

The award-winning crypto has one of the fastest-growing communities in the industry

As you all already know, Electroneum is growing fast in terms of users. We have new users signing up and downloading the Electroneum app every day. We have surpassed 4 million registered users, and we are very close to 2.7 million app downloads, 300,000 app-to-app transfers, and 200,000 mobile airtime and data top-ups.

From our Data Analyst

Our Data Analysis Expert Ellen MacPherson is currently working on coding and algorithms to keep track of the electricity top-ups taking place in the four African countries where this is presently live.

The people from those countries, particularly Nigeria, have expressed how delighted they are this has gone live. Our Devs team is working hard to make this possible in more countries as soon as possible.

On the PR front

We are delighted to inform you that we have observed that news outlets from more countries have set their eyes on our project and have covered information from us more frequently. In July alone, news outlets from around the world published at least 50 stories, mostly covering electricity top-ups, AnyTask developments, and the fork.

Of these, we are delighted to highlight IBTimes’ article. IBTimes are very impressed with our project and have scheduled an interview with our CEO and Founder, Richard Ells. The most encouraging thing is that all the publications during July were completely organic, which demonstrates we are reaching new audiences, attracting more attention and thus expanding our reach, while increasing our potential.

Some marketing news

Our Corporate Marketing Manager Tanya Hardie said that she had worked very intensely with the tech team to improve our customer experience on Electroneum and AnyTask.

“We also have had some valuable insights from our gift card survey that went out this week,” she said. “The survey aims to get a better understanding of who buyers of freelance tasks on AnyTask are and what their needs are.”

She explained that the survey also aims to compile information on how we can improve AnyTask to make it more appealing to buyers. Also, take the website to the next level, which is to initially ensure that at least one thousand freelancers can permanently live off of our freelance platform and then 5,000, 10,000.

Stuff from Stef

Our Social Media Manager Stefan Murphy has also been working hard to improve our ad campaigns with new creatives and audiences.

“We are currently at a point where we have seen an incredible increase of outbound clicks to the AnyTask website (circa 500%),” he said.

Stef took this opportunity to announce that next week, “we’ll have an AnyTask competition running on Social, so please get involved to win a $50 AnyTask gift voucher by liking, sharing and tagging to win!”

A blockchain update

Our Head of Blockchain Chris Harrison said his team is “benchmarking a simulation of an improved custodial wallet system that revolves around subaddresses, and we’re currently enjoying great preliminary results.”

He went on to say that “we are working on guaranteeing compatibility with the Ledger Nano App and the 20.04 release of Ubuntu. We’re in talks with the Ledger team to continue with the application process. They were hit pretty hard by Covid-19, and so our application was delayed, so we’re figuring out a new roadmap with them.”

The entire Electroneum team is working every single day on our key objective, which is to expand our ETN token ecosystem, so we will shortly update you on many more exciting developments.

Have a great weekend,
