20 countries live by the end of this year. Oh my !

I wonder if they will be essentially in Africa or on different continents too.

if your after user numbers, you would be going after nigeria 160 million people, Ethiopia 80 million, Brazil 200 million, indonesia, 250 million, bangladesh 150 million, Philipines 100 million, Vietnam 100 million… of course it depends on how many smartphones a country has and how open their government is to crypto… etc etc.

10 KEY STATS ABOUT MOBILE IN AFRICA

  1. Three-quarters of the population have a
SIM connection. That translates to 747
    million people.

  2. However, mobile subscriber penetration is
just 44 percent, well behind a global
    average of 66 percent.

  3. Despite this, with 444 million mobile.
subscribers, the region is home to nearly
nine percent of all global mobile
    subscriptions.

  4. Around a third of mobile users, 250
    million, have a smartphone.

  5. The number of mobile internet
    subscribers in Sub-Saharan Africa has
quadrupled since the start of the decade.
For many users it’s the only way they can
    get online.

  6. Mobile broadband is currently available to
    two-thirds of the regional population.

  7. That means 400 million people in the
    region cannot access mobile broadband
services at present, due to a lack of
    coverage.

  8. Six new 4G networks launched in the first
half of 2018. There are now 120 such
networks in the region. New networks
    and cheaper smartphones are helping
drive the transition to mobile broadband.

  9. Getting online is expensive. Purchasing a
handset and 500MB of data costs an
average 10 percent of monthly income.

  10. At the end of 2017, there were 135 live
mobile money services found in 39
countries across the region, with 122
    million active accounts.

Almost like Richard, Chris and Nick knew something…

Yep, great video - will be interesting to see what actually becomes of that “20”

Are we expecting big news this month for ETN? Richard indicated an updated fork coming in 2 weeks from the interview, that would be the 26th of June for the release if I am literally counting each day. Assuming he was just giving a ball park date, that would mean it should be by the end of the month. Also, do we get more updates than just that? Perhaps estimates of when each market is estimated to come online if there are no issues. I would like more specifics to their goals, and a detailed breakdown of the success in South Africa. This has to be one of the most undervalued Crypocurrencies in the market. ETN will surprise everyone who is not in the know.
