Any ETA on the fix or the time-frame for which this down time will remain active?

Thanks for the update prof. Richard, I have one more question to ask, Given that during the process of transactions along the line your screen broke, can a shop fix screen without crashing system?
And also if it happens your system crashes and you can not remember where you store your google authentication code, so what are you going to do to reapply for the system.?
I am just a curious student.
THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. PROF.

I’m not Richard but trying to help. Im trying to understand your question but can’t. Can you rephrase it?
