Support system change

Hi everyone,

We are changing support desks to Zendesk (a different kind of support software) to make support more customer focused and friendly, including live chat. It will still be support.electroneum.com but it will be a different format and you will need to make an account with our new system. It shouldn’t affect your ability to make support tickets.

nope, support is usually a separate login/password pair (someone correct me if wrong)

It depends last time they said dont make it the same as your etn account for security. Then it changed for a while

I dont use my main account to register for support . For security reasons

Nothing is free …
Don’t raise support tickets for any minor problem you encounter.
Read the forum first …use search.
The team must pay for this also.
