Support not accessible using an iPhone

Trying to access on my iPhone using safari and google chrome.

Can’t seem to register a support account or login. Clicking on sign up or login button does nothing.

Says at the top that my browser restricts cookie usage and if I click on the link it goes to zen desk which doesn’t load either

I need to raise a ticket to change my email address for my account.

I’ve had this before. There seems to be an incompatibility with mobile browsers.

Do you have a desktop/laptop you can use??

Just raising it as an issue as not everyone will, especially the unbanked.

Does your mobile browser not have desktop mode .
