Source changes are not public?

I see changes noted on hackerone.com/electroneum which are not mentioned on github.com/electroneum

Shouldn’t all changes be public?

The Electroneum blockchain is open source (although the team do have a company repo where they work on future changes before pushing public).

The Electroneum Ltds centralised vendor network built on TOP of the blockchain (mobile app, vendor API, website etc etc) is not open source. Hackerone penetration test this infrastructure, but it is not open to public inspection.

The “background” to @BegaMutex’s comment is partially reflected under our FAQs ‘What is Electroneum?’. Incidentally, the link to HackerOne’s bug bounty program for Electroneum you’ll find under the “Other Info” toggle of the Essential Links section further down on the same page.
