I try to deposit etn in kucoin but entering correct address and correct payment id makes me go ahead but when I insert the pin to confirm the operation it tells me that the payment ID is too short. I’ve checked it several times by copying and pasting but I always get the same error. How can I solve?
A similar case here so try it from a PC:

If you copy and paste manually it will not show the required number of zeros. When I access with Desktop there’s a copy symbol to the right of the ID number which works correctly when clicked.
If you use mobile, does that appear on your phone as an option?
