Hello, I sent my ETNs in the application to the contracted sistemkoin company, but my ETNs did not enter. The firm code says you said it wrong or you entered it incompletely, the application did not come back where my ETNs are.
Electroneum cannot help with issues on exchanges.
As soon as you send the coins, they are gone from the Electroneum system and there is nothing the team can do. If you have put the wrong address in or forgotten the payment ID, only the exchange can help you I’m afraid.
Remember, to always read the deposit instructions carefully.
