I thought pending ETN rewards will be paid out by the end of May, but no luck here… Can anyone help me? Also, I would like to top up my ETN with unused mobile data, but that doesn’t seem to be supported in my country… 
I preferred the cloud mining instead of this…

I can’t help you with your missing etn rewards. It might be worth opening a ticket at support.electroneum.com to find out the status on that.
As for topping up ETN with unused mobile data. That is not how that works. You can buy airtime and data for ETN, but cannot buy ETN with data or airtime. I hope I did not misunderstand your question.
