Payments aren’t being sent to the Blockchain, yet empty blocks are being mined or blocks containing only one Tx. Something isn’t right here at all, in all other cryptocurrencies when you send a payment it goes into the mempool ready to be mined in the next block, I’ve never seen this happen before.
i guess they are just fine tuning the centralized part of the etn wallet system (instant payment stuff), afaik they have just enabled import from offline (aka paper) wallet again.
My test import (using app) has been assigned with a Payment ID, but the transfer is not submitted to the decentralized blockchain yet. (status is: Pending, there is no Transaction Hash or TxHash created yet)
The decentralized part of the core blockchain however looks perfectly healthy in my book
