how long does it take to import from offline paper wallet?
Usually just a few hours, but if there lots in queue it can take a lot longer.
Please note, due to changes in the blockchain update at the end of last year (Aurora), you need to do the import twice. The process will need to be updated at some point, but other things take priority right now.
