1-) Hello, is it allowed to open two etn account with two different numbers and mobile cloud mining in two different accounts?

2-) Can a user open multiple cloud mining accounts with different numbers in a phone etn app?

no it is not allowed, you wold never be able to do proper KYC on both accounts

But I did it with a different KYC phone number. And I have two accounts. Are managers allowed?

the terms and conditions states: one person can have one account and use one phone only and only phone i.e. no other devices.
