I couldn’t do my voice video recording for over 24 hours now.
Each time I click create ID and after the counting of 1,2,3 , no words generated after waiting for minutes. Has anyone here experienced this before? What can I do to surpass this stage so as to complete my KYC?
Mine worked somewhat. It asked me to keep my face in the screen as I said the 3 words, yet it never had used the camera for it and apparently didn’t need it. ^^" Odd bugs.
Uninstall the app and redo it again… It should work…
if you are still experiencing the same issue on the same phone, try using a different phone.
