Do we have any other way to verify users ?

i dont have a passport and drivers license please add more option to verify your users thank you btw im just a 19 year old boy and i from the philippines i dont have a car or any other vehicle to drive thats why i cant get a driver license please help me richard els thanks

Can you use some official correspondence, perhaps a bank statement or phone bill?
