if a country on this list you can not deposit fiat
I didn’t find anything why liquid is restricting etn for some countries. maybe the same restrictions apply as for fiat deposit for the countries above

Portugal, they reply me this.

so it was because of the upgrade. they had wrong error message saying it’s because of the country
