Level 2 is not visible after email confirmation

My acc is not set to level 2 even though I received a confirmation email after providing ID, that my level 2 was confirmed, so a cannot complete level 3.
Is it possible to look at it.

You need to upload another document, as you’ve only uploaded your ID.
