Level 2, 3 problems

I contacted support and left them the info about not hearing from them after I completed level one. I gave the banking info, but that was over 2 weeks ago. That’s one. The ticket is in and i can’t get to it. I can’t remember my user name. Can you help?

They send the ticket number and whole text from ticket to your email adress so search there… or was it in future…
