Hi, my name is Michael and I got an issue with KYC.I got the Yoti app in my phone and I already sent my drivers licenses via the app 2 months ago also in the website (settings-profile) I did what they wanted.I uploaded my licenses again to be verified.My account is still level 1.Suppose to be upgraded to level 2.Do I miss anything.Anybody can help…Thanks in advance 10/01/19

After completing Account Level 2 Identity Confirmation, what exactly did the next window tell you?

Also have you received any type of e-mail notification regarding submitted documents?

Final question, what does the Settings page imply right now?
