Issue topping up through Electroneum App

Good day all,

I collected my Unlimited SIM card today and inserted it into my phone. After waiting for the SIM to activate, and installing the new settings from the service provider, I tried topping up my data through the Electroneum app and got the below error.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Please let me know if there is a solution.
