Hello, i have a problem :
The app say payout at 100ETN
But i have reached 240ETN and still no payout

You want to go to support.electroneum.com and create a ticket.

Make sure you use a different email address to the one on your etn account .

I think in the past this has been fixed by clicking on the “Stop Earning ETN Rewards” button and then starting again or by checking your KYC information in the web wallet

They do some work on the app, and i guess you will have it sorted soon, was a issue with the update
