I didn’t found any help section either on app or the website, or here either
I tried to top up a phone number, but the balance never arrived, it’s been 2 days now
I selected the right network operator, and the right number, I gave the app access to my contacts and selected a phone number that I call everyday, it’s my mom’s number.
Nothing arrived, just consumed 500 ETNs.
