I can’t access my online wallet

I have finished 2 levels of KYC , but for some reason I can’t access my wallet, settings or anything, whatever I do always this page appears ( 3rd level KYC , please send the documents) is there anything on my side that I should do ? Do I have to finish level 3? Thanks

If it is telling you it needs level 3 and to send in documents I believe that it is required you do level 3 kyc to access account.

It’s probably depends on where you live, some of us has to be LVL3 KYC to use their service
