I contacted Yoti and they told me that it is a Electroneum problem.
I contacted Electroneum and they told me that it is the Yoti problem.
I do not know what to do.
Where can I write that I am unemployed.
It has been awhile since I did my KYC, but i believe you were asked this at level 2 KYC at electroneum
If yoti does not work, you should send a support ticket to electroneum support and ask them to disable yoti

I wrote a letter to Electroneum and I am for the response.
I received the response from support and they directed me to Kyc post.
This keeps happening all the time over and over again.
I ask them and they tell me to ask you and you tell me to ask them.
first of all please do not send people to support unless it is a Yoti issue (which this is not).
second, you must upload a bank statement, a payslip or a letter from your employer indicating salary. If you do not have this then you cannot complete KYC and will not have access to your account. If you do not have a bank account then you will need to open one.
Unfortunately there is no way around KYC tier 3.
What about the ability to state that I am unemployed?
Does this mean that no student can use Electroneum?

This is not a Yoti issue, please do not contact them. Students can use them, but they must have a bank account.
